Does anyone else have problems with sky+ saying 'clashed' when two programmes are recorded at almost the same time? we recently returned from 2 days away, so nobody was in the house to watch tv. i set up two programmes to record - one at half 7 and one at 8. the one at 8 was only part recorded, because it 'clashed' with the 7.30 one!!!. Hi all, first post and i have an issue, i have read similar posts and tried all the suggestions, rebuilding the planner, updating software and. My sky+ box has recently lost all its sky+ features - whenever you try to record something (or set it to record) the box displays "system fault sky+ playback and recording are unavailable please call 08705 800800" ive phoned sky and they talked me thru a few things, including a full system reset..
This did not cure the "protected content dvd record" problem. when i don't need my stored recordings i will try the full system reset and report back. however i did try copy recording an item i stored in the sky+ box three weeks ago - no problems with recording. so, i guess the problem is a "marker" within recently stored shows.. Keep getting the message that there is an issue with the sky + hd box and so recording and playback are unavailable. has anyone encountered this problem before and if so how do you resolve it.. Answered: i have just moved from an apartment with a single line communal dish so could only watch a show and record the same thing i’m watching not.
