Hi guys, i know this is a bit of an old thread but i need help and this looks like the best way i will be able to solve the issue. when i boot up my pc it gets stuck on the 99 code screen for a good 10-15secs and then boots up to the desktop after showing 9c and a2 but there are a few settings that are missing. eg my rgb keyboard lighting config doesnt load and various other start up programs. They are codes telling you what the motherboard is doing and if it gets past that stage. a2 means something like msi has successfully tested and initiated your motherboard hard disc controller chipset.. Bccode 9c useually means its a machine check exception. it may be caused by faulty cpu, mother board, or ram. i had to go to a vtt of +250 on my system, and needed a cpuv of 1.375; regardless of what you try, dont go above 1.4 or +300, as that will take you out of the safe range. also look at your temps, no core , or anything else for that matter , should ever go above 85, with ibt or linx.
