The game cannot log in due to corrupted cache data in the users/shared/blizzard directory, or the directory's permissions are preventing the game from accessing the users/shared/blizzard directory.. Forums starcraft ii technical support unable to download an authentication module. unable to download an authentification module. closed down the agent.exe(through ctrl+shift+esc in processes) and then deleted the blizzard entertainment and battle-net folders in my programdata folder.. But upon opening the game and going through the authentication the game shows me two errors: "disconnected from battlenet/unable to download authentication module". i have already reinstalled the game multiple times aswell as reinstalling battlenet..
